Example Fee Schedule
What follows is a typical fee schedule – I keep my fees low to allow access. Some exceptions apply, please contact me for details.
Base Rates
$350/hr
Time is charged for court time, not for travel. Time will not be charged for cancellations more than 24 hours ahead of time, unless travel is involved (see next column).
Time spent waiting in court is included.
Defense interviews / depositions are also charged at this rate. Some prosecutor’s offices pay for this, sometimes defense does.
Case reports are not charged per hour, but based on projected length of time and complexity of case (see next column)

Under 150 photos / Less than 150 pages: $250
150-300 photos / pages: $500
Travel Expenses
If location is less than 50 miles from home location, travel is not charged.
